Last week Columbus Brewing Company opened its new Beer Hall in the Trolley District, next to the East Market.

The much-anticipated brewery and restaurant features a gorgeous renovation of the historic space, which was once part of the streetcar company, with the various structures used to build, repair, and outfit the streetcars.

The space features a large, rectangular bar in the center, with booths and tables lining the walls and a patio with a firepit out front.

The Beer Hall features 24 variegated CBC brews on tap, from lagers and pales to IPAs, sours, stouts.

There’s a cocktail menu, too, and sodas available.
CBC offers a full supplies menu as well, although on our visit the kitchen was closed.

A new mash system is visible through the glass walls in the rear.

And coolers of beer and merchandise shelves are situated near the front door.
