- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar which is Packed
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup plus 2 Table spoon Milk
- 2 Table spoon Vanilla
- 1/2 table spoon Salt
- 1/2 Pint Whipping heavy Cream
- 1/4 table spoon Vanilla
Instructions
- Start by butter and then creaming it, add in the eggs, sugars, vanilla and milk.
- Adding the flour after that, salt, baking powder and mixing well.
- Cool down the dough of cookie in the fridge for 60-90 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 360*F.
- Put small size balls rolled of dough on a cookie sheet that is greased with the gap of about 2 inches from each other.
- Start baking for 10-15 minutes after that remove it out from oven and give time to let it cool before moving to a rack wire to complete the procedure of cooling.
- Once the cookies are completely cold. Keep together the powdered sugar, whipping cream, and vanilla.
- After that add it in a cake bag and decorator with the 1-1.5M Wilton tip.
- Cover the toppings of the cookies with the whip of whipped cream then add some of the sprinkled and candies.
- Transfer them in the fridge till they are ready to be served to avoid the cream from melting.
- It makes about 4 dozen.
